[Sons of the Exodus II: Procne]

Pretty good overall

Not a bad track all in all. I like how you've kept it diverse.
The intro almost makes it sound like its going to be a trance song, but then the drums come in and it adds an upbeat drum and bass feel.

I feel that the drum track, although its pretty good, could have been improved a bit, if you'd spent a bit more time on it, like the pattern itself, could use a little diversity. The sound itself could've used some polishing, but laying some drums together, to give it more of what it needs in certain frequency areas

That said, overall its not a bad song. Keep it up.

Very Relaxing

This song is very relaxing indeed. You have some excellent skills!

First I love how well the guitar is recorded, it sounds like an almost professional level recording.

Its very nice how you are constantly adding new elements to keep the song alive, this track never gets boring. From the addition of small percussional parts, into almost a full symphony backing this guitar part, it just keeps growing, right up to a soft ending. Good work there, its hard to keep a song changing.

One thing I would say is that the drums sound somewhat muffled, however if they were too crisp I would almost think that they would cut through the track too much, so its a tough call.

Anyways, excellent track. Great job overall!

Hey there thanks for the great review. I had a hell of a time trying to get this mixed to the best of my ability due to the sheer number of tracks. The drums do get muffled at points but I think the other percussive instruments more than make up for it...it was a case of let the drums stand out and the ganza and bongos go away or try and find a happy medium.

Excellent Song!

This track is very diverse, and has really grown on me.

I like the fun feel of the track, that starts off right as the main track kicks in with the wobbly sub bass, and little slidy synth that comes in on the first of every four bars.

Fun track!
